This charity bike ride raises funds for and awareness of D&L Trail obstructions and the work local municipalities, the D&L, and partners are doing to remove them .

Bike for the Bridge is a fully supported ride with shuttle service, bike techs, sweep riders, snacks, water stations, swag, and post-ride food.

Now in its fourth year, the event features a new route that is not part of Pocono Biking‘s regular commercially available tours and comes into the Lehigh Valley. There are options for a 21 mile route and a 29 mile route both ending in Northampton Canal Street Park. Along the way guests will enjoy scenic views of the Lehigh River and Lehigh Canal, the Kittatinny Ridge (aka the Blue Mountain), the Appalachian Trail and Lehigh Gap on a forested flat gravel path. Here is a PDF map of the route..

Cost is $39 per rider through May 11th and $44 per rider from May 12th until the event is sold out so register early. If you need a bike, they are available to rent for an additional $10. REGISTRATION REQUIRED! Please call Pocono Biking to reserve your space – 1-800-944-8392.
