Do you love Halloween?  Have a few mule skeletons lurking in your closet? Do you know someone who enjoys acting in period attire?  We need a few volunteer creepy characters to convey historically inspired stories of railroad-related mayhem…  As well as other volunteers to lead family-friendly crafts and help with refreshments at Haunted Hugh Moore Park on the evenings of October 19, 20, 26 and 27. No professional training required, though we do require a good sense of humor!

Or Volunteer for D&L Heritage Half Marathon!

We also have volunteer opportunities available for the 8th annual D&L Heritage Half Marathon Run/Walk on Saturday and Sunday, November 3^rd and 4th. This volunteer team will work together preparing hydration stations, handing out water, parking cars, setting up the finish line area, serving as course marshalls, traffic control, and post-race clean-up.
