DESCRIPTION:The Delaware &amp\; Lehigh National Heritage Corridor and the L
 ehigh Valley Audubon Society are partnering on a three-event series of Wed
 nesday morning children's nature programs at the Freemansburg Canal Educat
 ion Center (FCEC) this summer for children of ages 8 - 12.  All programs 
 are free-of-charge\, although attendance is limited to 12 children at each
  event and pre-registration is required.  A parent or relative is require
 d to attend the programs.\n\nToday's program is "The Beauty of Native Plan
 ts".  Children will learn the importance of flowering plants in nature an
 d then will plant six different species on the FCEC grounds.\n\nTo registe
