DESCRIPTION:D&amp\;L Trail Tenders\nJoin DLNHC to trim vegetation within t
 he remnants of Lehigh Canal Lock 29 in White Haven. We’ll walk from th
 e White Haven North Trailhead (MM 130.5) north along the D&amp\;L Trail t
 o reach the remnants where we’ll spend the morning trimming and removi
 ng plants to protect these historic resources. \n[gravityform id="196" tit
 le="true"]\n\n\n\nAbout the Trail Tender Program\nD&amp\;L Trail Tenders a
 re local residents who want to make a difference and help preserve the gre
 at local recreation and historic resources for everyone to enjoy.  For ov
 er 15 years people just like you have volunteered to help remove trash\, m
 aintain the trail\, clean historic structures\, and improve amenities for 
 trail users.  Thousands of people have volunteered time all along the tra
 il from Wilkes-Barre to Bristol.  This has resulted in a cleaner environm
 ent\, increased quality of life\, preserved history\, and better trails. W
