Realtors and business owners often talk about the three key features of a property as “location, location, location.”

Well, for the Homestead General Store and Coffee Roasters their location could not be any closer to the D&L Trail.  Located in Upper Black Eddy, the D&L Trail practically runs right through their store.

This close connection to the D&L Trail and the Delaware Canal has made Homestead General Store and Coffee Roasters a landmark since 1831.  The General Store is a great spot to find food when you are on the D&L Trail in Bucks County with plenty of breakfast and lunch options, along with fresh baked goods, snacks, ice cream, and drinks to take with you.

And for coffee lovers it doesn’t get much better than this!  Homestead roasts their own coffee in the barn along the trail. Besides providing a great aroma, this allows you to choose from a wide variety of sources and roasts to find that perfect cup. So have a cup of coffee in the store or take home some fresh roasted beans to enjoy at a future time.  With their outdoor seating along the trail and canal, great food and drinks, this is a can’t miss location on the D&L Trail!
