To mitigate the increasing spread of COVID-19 in Pennsylvania, we have closed the National Canal Museum and offices of the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor. Our staff continues our mission-driven work from home. We hope you and yours will stay safe and healthy. Happy Trails!×
In 2013, St. Luke’s University Health Network and the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor joined forces to launch a signature health & wellness program, Get Your Tail on the Trail. Today, GYTOT is the Lehigh Valley’s premier outdoor health initiative with more than 8,000 users logging miles and improving their health. Through challenges, public events, and motivating prizes the program pushes individuals to exercise and track their progress, transforming their health one mile at a time.
Since 2013, Get Your Tail on the Trail users have logged thousands of miles and burned 191.7 million calories, equivalent to 162,776 pints of ice cream!
