Carbon County D&L TrailFest

I acknowledge that my participation in the D&L TrailFest involves physical activity that may include walking, running, biking, or other outdoor activities. I understand that participation in such activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen hazards. In consideration of being allowed to participate in TrailFest, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, event sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the event and assume full responsibility for my own safety. I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation. I also agree to comply with all event rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by event organizers.
