Delaware & Lehigh - D&L Opening Day for Trails Clean Up in Easton’s Hugh Moore Park!
Share

Where: Hugh Moore Park, 2750 Hugh Moore Park Road, Easton PA 18042

When:  April 8, 2017, 9:00 am – Noon

Celebrate National Volunteer Month and Rails-to-Trails Conservancy’s Opening Day for Trails by giving back to the D&L! Come out to help the D&L clean up Easton’s Hugh Moore Park, home of the D&L Office and a trailhead on the D&L Trail.

Volunteers will meet in the main parking lot in Hugh Moore Park at 9:00am to break into groups for various activities including litter clean-up along trails and streets, installing safety signs along the trail, clearing branches, planting flowers and more. If you can only come for a bit, we’ll still welcome the help! Please wear appropriate clothes – long pants and long sleeve shirts are best. This is a Great American Clean Up of PA registered event.

Sign up for this clean up is closed. Thanks to all who helped out on April 8! Check your email for future D&L Trail Tender volunteer opportunities.
