Join D&L Trail Tenders and Walnutport Canal Association

Where:

Walnutport Canal – Park behind the Walnutport Canal Association Building – Lehigh St. Walnutport, PA 18088

When:

Saturday May 11, 2019 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

What:

Join the D&L and the Walnutport Canal Association to help clean up the canal and trail. Volunteers will rake up leaves, clear brush, paint and other activities to help clean-up the Walnutport Canal Spur Trail, the canal, and the grounds of the building.  We will have hot drinks and doughnuts in the morning.  Please wear clothes to work outside and get dirty.  We recommend long pants and shirts.  Everyone should wear closed toed shoes and we recommend bringing a water bottle.  We will have tools and gloves for people to use.
