Delaware & Lehigh - Welcoming Tiffany Serra!
Share

Tiffany Serra joined Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor (DLNHC) in November of 2023 as the Trails and Conservation Associate. “Having studied geology, I’m excited to continue to the work of conserving our historical ties to the land,” said Tiffany of her new position.

Tiffany started her career at Natural Lands as one of their inaugural 21st Century Fellows, there she spent the year learning many land management techniques and skills at the ChesLen Preserve. During that time, she was able to participate in prescribed burns, and became certified as PA State Wildlands Firefighter. She then worked at Mashomack Preserve as a seasonal conservation steward, where she continued to develop her skills in stewardship.

Tiffany’s passion for conservation eventually led her to take a step back from field work, taking on a position at DLNHC. Here, Tiffany hopes to continue to work towards land protection and bringing the joy of nature to everyone across the five-county Corridor.

“We are so excited for Tiffany to join the Trails & Conservation team at DLNHC” said Liz Rosencrans, T&C Director. “She brings a wealth of experience from the conservation field and we look forward to including this skill set with our programming in our Conservation, Economic Development and Trail Development work”
