Vendors, Crafters and Businesses

Interested in getting involved as a vendor or a Trail Friendly Business? Email: fundraising@delawareandlehigh.org for more information! *DLNHC reserves the right to refuse any vendor without prior notification. DLNHC may refuse vendor applicants who are offering the same items as previously registered vendors.

Booth Space

Vendor spaces are 10′ x 10′. If you require a larger area, you must reserve AND pay for multiple spaces. Canopies must be kept within the allotted space. Set-up begins at 8:00 AM and vendors must set up by 9:30 AM. No vehicles permitted on festival grounds after 9:30 AM. Electricity is not available. All generators must be quiet / low noise generators.
