Wildlands Conservancy Lehigh River Clean-up with D&L Trail Tenders

Palmer Township Route 33 Boat Launch D&L Trail Head 

For Celebrate Pennsylvania Trails Month, we’ll meet our friends from the Wildlands Conservancy at the Rt. 33 Boat Launch and drive to Sand Island. Join Wildlands Conservancy and Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor to make a difference on our water trail. Meet at the Rt. 33 boat launch in Freemansburg to shuttle to Sand Island, Bethlehem. Then, we’ll hop in canoes and clean up trash as we paddle through the “metro-wilderness” we call home, back to the Rt. 33 boat launch in Freemansburg. All equipment is provided and all trips include beginner instruction and are led by our professional guides and special guests. Everyone must pre-register.
