In 2013, St. Luke’s University Health Network and Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor joined forces to launch a signature health & wellness program, Get Your Tail on the Trail. Today, GYTOT is the Lehigh Valley’s premier outdoor health initiative with more than 8,000 users logging miles and improving their health. Through challenges, public events, and motivating prizes the program pushes individuals to exercise and track their progress, transforming their health one mile at a time.
Since 2013, Get Your Tail on the Trail users have logged thousands of miles and burned 191.7 million calories, equivalent to 162,776 pints of ice cream!
