The Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor’s Get Your Tail on the Trail partner program with St. Luke’s is wrapping up the 165 Challenge for 2023 and participants have until November 12th to complete their miles.
This annual challenge, which takes place from May through November, encourages participants to log 165 miles of walking, running, biking, or paddling. As we celebrate our 10-year anniversary, we encourage everyone to participate in this challenge to secure their incentive prize.
It’s never too late to join!
Every mile counts towards your total, and we urge participants to log their miles on our website regularly. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner, the 165 Challenge is the perfect opportunity to improve your fitness and get outdoors. With just a few weeks left to go, there’s still plenty of time to achieve your fitness goals.
As the 165 Challenge draws to a close, we would like to remind everyone to sign up for our first annual St. Luke’s D&L RaceFest and get anywhere from 3 to 26 miles in to support the D&L Trail and end your challenge with a bang. It’s a fantastic way to push yourself towards your goals while having fun and meeting like-minded people.
Over the years, the 165 Challenge has brought people together from all walks of life to achieve their fitness goals. It’s not just about logging miles; it’s about being a part of a community that values wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep moving, keep getting outside, and keep logging those miles!
