Sand Island- Park by the Lehigh River Access Point – River St. Bethlehem PA 18018

Saturday June 8, 2019 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

What:

The D&L Trail Tenders and Wildlands Conservancy are teaming up to clean the two best trails in the Lehigh Valley, the D&L Trail and the Lehigh River Water Trail! Join us on the Bike and Boat trip that will ride bikes 4 miles along the D&L Trail stopping along the way to clean up trash.  Then we will get into canoes and paddle back along the Lehigh River removing trash from the river.  This is a special trip that combines both water and land trail clean-ups. Join us for a fun day of giving back to the community.

Please wear appropriate clothes for being outside and getting wet– closed-toed shoes, long pants, and long sleeve shirts work best. Bring a water bottle and lunch with you.
