Kids on the Canal – Those Who Came Before Us

As Thanksgiving approaches the Canal Museum is going to take a look at those who came before us. Come to the museum and learn about the Lenni Lenape Tribe who lived in the area before Europeans moved in. We will also look at stories of immigrants who chose to settle here and begin their life working and living on the canal. The canal is part of America’s story of immigration and assimilation so let’s see what we can learn.
