The D&L Trail is long and the gaps are many, but one area where progress is being made is in the Delaware Canal section. This is due in large part to the strong partnerships that manage and support the trail in this southernmost region. Here is an update of the remaining four big gaps on the trail and what stages they are in.

Individuals are notoriously bad about making predictions because we have biases and poor memories. The great thing about data is that it can show new insights and challenge preconceived beliefs.

You may have noticed that the Mansion House Bridge at Jim Thorpe truss system was recently placed onto the bridge abutments. Although lifting the truss was a huge milestone for the project, the Mansion House Bridge is not yet finished. We want to recap just how impressive and awe-inspiring the truss lift was.
